Job Title: Business Growth Manager
Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum
Austin Fraser is seeking an experienced Outreach and Engagement Specialist to join our team as a Business Growth Manager. This high-profile role will involve developing and executing partnership strategies to support the ongoing business growth plans of our dynamic healthcare provider client.
This challenging and varied role requires someone with the ability to think strategically and rapidly adapt to change. You will be fully supported by the senior management team to develop a range of partnerships, from initial outreach to shaping and steering working arrangements, and nurturing relationships through to service mobilisation and hand-over.
The successful candidate will thrive in establishing partnership working arrangements, leading discussions with senior leaders of major organisations, and managing engagement activities. Any experience gained in a similar healthcare environment (public health, community health) would be very beneficial, as would working across a wide range of strategic relationships.
The organisation has a range of high-impact community health services, including mental health, substance misuse, children's services, integrated lifestyle services, and more. As Business Growth Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring their ongoing effectiveness and expansion of their reach.
