Key Responsibilities

As a key member of the Direct Line Group team, you will lead the new partnership development team in developing compelling partner propositions and commercial proposals that deliver mutual and sustainable value.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Applying a deep understanding of the regulatory and risk landscape to identify implications for partner business models, products, and processes.
  • Leading the new partnership development team to deliver compelling propositions to market to attract and secure new partnership deals.
  • Leading commercial negotiations to ensure balanced, viable partnership terms and delivery of great customer outcomes.
  • Working with the onboarding and existing partners teams to support the implementation of new partners, ensuring a seamless transition and high-quality customer outcomes.
  • Leading and mentoring the new partnership development team, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and high performance.
  • Establishing strong working relationships with key stakeholders to remain informed of all opportunities and risks in relation to partnership activity.
  • Tracking and analyzing partnership development initiatives to ensure business benefits are being realized.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • An established network in the breakdown, automotive, and financial services industries.
  • Deep experience in a similar role in the automotive/breakdown sector.
  • Stakeholder management and relationship building at all levels.
