About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Administrator to join our Credit Specialties - Political Risk and Structured Credit team at GB001 Marsh Ltd. As a Client Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our individual client teams, ensuring the smooth operation of our insurance contracts, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the production of documentation to support the placing of insurance contracts, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Process and administer insurance contracts placed, maintaining up-to-date records and reporting information as required.
  • Review and issue documentation to evidence insurance contracts placed, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across Credit Specialties and other areas of the business to achieve team and company objectives.
  • Self-motivate to achieve desired results, with a focus on continuous improvement and professional development.
Requirements
  • Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to work under pressure and maintain high levels of accuracy.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritise workload effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, particularly Excel, with the ability to utilise internal and market-facing systems to process and manage business.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, providers, and colleagues.
