Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for all incoming client inquiries
  • Collaborate with partners and suppliers to address client concerns
  • Monitor both domestic and international shipments, ensuring clients are updated on delivery progress
  • Facilitate online booking of shipments
  • Arrange carrier collections and manage imports
  • Examine and resolve discrepancies in reports
  • Manage the ordering of stationery and supplies for clients
