This permanent position is a result of an expanding workload, and the successful candidate will join a close-knit, welcoming team focused on delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for all incoming client inquiries
- Collaborate with partners and suppliers to address client concerns
- Monitor both domestic and international shipments, ensuring clients are updated on delivery progress
- Facilitate online booking of shipments
- Arrange carrier collections and manage imports
- Examine and resolve discrepancies in reports
- Manage the ordering of stationery and supplies for clients
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
- Team-oriented individual capable of fostering relationships with external stakeholders
- Detail-focused and diligent in work approach
- Adept at multitasking in a fast-paced environment
