About the Role

Meraki Talent Limited is seeking a highly skilled Client Service Executive to join our team. As a key member of our client services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and support to our clients in the investment management industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Onboarding: Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients, including the completion of all necessary paperwork and documentation.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including regular communication and updates on their investments.
  • Client Administration: Provide administrative support to clients, including the processing of transactions and the management of client data.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all client interactions and transactions are conducted in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Reporting: Prepare and deliver regular reports to clients on their investment performance.
  • Client Communication: Respond to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
