Pension Services Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Pension Services Manager to join our team in Birmingham. As a key member of our pensions team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs, and delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met
  • Work closely with delivery teams and client-facing teams to deliver high-quality services
  • Manage a portfolio of clients, including day-to-day service discussions and reporting
  • Stay up-to-date with service operating models and identify new client opportunities
