About the Role

The Client Service Executive plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth onboarding and ongoing management of client relationships. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Onboarding: Ensure timely and efficient onboarding of new clients, including accurate data entry and documentation.
  • Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients, responding to queries and providing updates on their accounts.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities to increase business and improve client satisfaction.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, document management, and reporting, to support the efficient operation of the team.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to ensure the successful delivery of client services and the achievement of business objectives.
Requirements
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in a client-facing role, preferably in the financial services industry.
