Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Onboarding: Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients, including the completion of all necessary paperwork and documentation.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored support and solutions.
  • Client Administration: Provide administrative support to clients, including the processing of transactions, maintenance of client records, and preparation of reports.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all client interactions and transactions are conducted in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless client service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in client service or a related field, preferably in the investment management industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in client relationship management software a plus.
