Job Title: Senior Administration Manager

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our administration team as a Senior Administration Manager. You will play a key role in supporting the Head of Administration Services in a strategic role, driving business growth and commercial success.

  • Lead the client relationship management (CRM) team nationally, ensuring the team delivers to their objectives.
  • Develop and maintain key client relationships, performance management, and outstanding service delivery.
  • Manage a portfolio of large, complex administration clients, building deep, trusted relationships with clients and professional independent trustees.
  • Work with other members of the administration management and delivery teams to ensure high standards of service delivery are maintained.
  • Develop relationships with administration clients to build a strong pipeline of project opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic leadership, performance management, and oversee all client delivery, maximising growth and new opportunities.
  • Prepare annual review and planning meetings with key operational stakeholders.
  • Identify and promote opportunities to deliver non-core service projects.
  • Provide project management support on large-scale projects.
  • Represent the business externally at networking events, conferences, and exhibitions.
Requirements:
  • Understanding of the complete end-to-end administration service delivery model.
  • Proven track record of communicating, delivering, and managing administration projects.
  • Good project management skills with a proven track record of delivering and communicating multiple client delivery programs.
  • Commercial focus with the ability to quickly establish the requirements and costs of a project.
