About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced IFA Administrator to join our team at Premier Jobs UK. As an IFA Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring clients receive excellent service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional client service and support, ensuring clients are contacted in line with their ongoing service agreements.
  • Review client risk profiles, obtain new and missing information, and arrange meetings with financial advisers.
  • Assist with implementing actions such as no-change letters or straightforward review letters following client meetings.
  • Work closely with our Paraplanner, Office Manager, and other Administrators to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as an IFA Administrator or Client Services Executive in a financial planning firm.
  • Excellent approach to work, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines, work well in a small team, and provide high-quality client service.

Benefits:

  • Salary of £32,000 - £35,000 plus bonus scheme upon achieving team goals.
  • Full-time or part-time hours considered.
  • 28 days annual and statutory leave, with the option to purchase additional 10 days per year.
  • Auto-enrolment pension and death-in-service scheme.
  • Mainly office-based role with some scope to work from home.
