About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IFA Administrator to join our team at Premier Jobs UK Limited. As an IFA Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring clients receive excellent service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Liaison: You will be responsible for contacting clients to arrange meetings with our financial advisers, reviewing their risk profiles, and obtaining new and missing information.
  • Administration: You will assist with implementing actions such as no-change letters or straightforward review letters following client meetings.
  • Paraplanning Duties: You will work alongside our Paraplanner, Office Manager, and other Administrators to provide high-quality client service.
Requirements
  • Similar experience: You should have held a similar role within a financial planning firm, such as IFA Administrator or Client Services Executive.
  • Excellent approach: You should have an excellent approach to your work, being able to handle multiple tasks and deadlines, work well within a small team, and provide high-quality client service.
Benefits
  • Salary: £32,000 - £35,000 plus bonus scheme upon achieving team goals.
  • Flexible hours: We can consider full-time or part-time hours.
  • Annual leave: 28 days annual and statutory leave with option to purchase additional 10 days per year.
  • Pension and death in service: Auto enrolment pension and death in service.
  • Remote work: Mainly office-based role with some scope to work from home.
