Job Description

We're seeking an ambitious individual to join our Financial Planning team in Birmingham. As a IFA Client Administrator, you will be responsible for providing full administrative support to Financial Planners, as well as building relationships with clients to deliver a positive and sleek client experience.

You will be supported to grow personally and professionally, with access to a structured training programme offering Training & Competency oversight to excel in personal development. We encourage continuous professional development via ongoing studying and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Working closely with the aligned Financial Planners to deliver excellent client outcomes.
  • Building relationships with clients and maintaining regular contact.
  • Liaising with operational teams where support is provided on activities, e.g., scripts, transfers, corporate actions, static data changes, where applicable.
  • Maintaining back-office systems and client records in line with the company policies.
Requirements
  • Previous experience working within financial planning/wealth management.
  • Experience of working with senior stakeholders/financial advisers.
  • Experience of working on end-to-end service delivery.
  • A strong ethic of client service.
