About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Private Client service line as a Financial Planning Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will provide seamless, effective, and proactive administrative support to our financial planners, enabling them to deliver high-quality, tailored financial planning, wealth management, and tax advice to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop financial planning strategies in line with client needs, goals, and objectives, in collaboration with financial planners.
  • Draft client-centric financial planning reports to meet and/or exceed agreed activity targets and regulatory/compliance standards.
  • Perform a range of tasks, including cash flow modeling, tax calculations, and liaison with product providers.
Requirements
  • You will be working towards level 4 Diploma qualified, with an aspiration to move on to Chartered Status. We will fully support your progress in this regard.
  • Critical to the role are high levels of literacy and numeracy, both written and verbal.
  • A 'solution' mindset and adaptability to changing demands and priorities are essential.
