Financial Planning Assistant

We're seeking an ambitious individual to join our Financial Planning team in Birmingham. You will be responsible for providing full administrative support to Financial Planners, as well as building relationships with clients to deliver a positive and sleek client experience.

As a Financial Planning Assistant at Evelyn Partners Fund Solutions Limited, you will be supported to grow personally and professionally. You will have access to a structured training programme offering Training & Competency oversight to excel in personal development. We encourage continuous professional development via ongoing studying and qualifications. We also have a team of experienced Investment Managers and Financial Advisers with whom you will have the opportunity to collaborate and learn.

Key Responsibilities
  • Working closely with the aligned Financial Planners to deliver excellent client outcomes.
  • Building relationships with clients and maintaining regular contact.
  • Liaising with operational teams where support is provided on activities, e.g., scripts, transfers, corporate actions, static data changes, where applicable.
  • Maintaining back-office systems and client records in line with the company policies.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Previous experience working within financial planning/wealth management.
  • Experience of working with senior stakeholders/financial advisers.
  • Experience of working on end-to-end service delivery.
  • A strong ethic of client service.
