Role Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Administrative Support Specialist to join our dermatology team at Heavitree Hospital.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, including maintaining accurate records and managing workflows.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be assigned to work with a designated consultant/clinician and will be expected to provide support to colleagues during periods of leave or sickness.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as you will be working closely with colleagues and healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the dermatology team
- Maintain accurate records and manage workflows
- Develop skills in prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects
- Support colleagues during periods of leave or sickness
