Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support to join our Community Broking team in Exeter. As an Administrative Support, you will be responsible for providing administrative assistance to our team, including data entry, diary management, and phone calls.
Key Responsibilities:
* Enter client information and coordinate with Insurers and colleagues
* Maintain a comprehensive diary system and activity log to manage day-to-day income generation and returns
* Data Input - Accounts and commission-related
* Manage phone calls, emails, and postal correspondence
* Ensure all administrative tasks are completed promptly and efficiently
* Keep key documents updated and well-organised
Requirements:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
* Proven ability to meet deadlines, manage a high-volume workload, and prioritise tasks effectively
* Experience working collaboratively within a team
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Outstanding organisational and time management abilities
* The capacity to interact and communicate effectively with diverse individuals, including external Insurers and clients
* Self-motivation with the capability to work independently, manage tasks, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
* A high level of integrity and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion
