We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at the Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting the clinical team in the delivery of forensic examinations and providing administrative support to the Sexual Assault Referral Centre (SARC) team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the SARC team, including data input, minute taking, and writing.
- Manage the day-to-day running of the SARC office, including answering phone calls and managing queries from the public and professionals.
- Assist with the maintenance of building(s) and deal with clients/visitors and multi-disciplinary teams.
- Supervise and allocate work to staff in lower bands as required.
- Experience in an administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
