Job Summary

The Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced administrator to provide business support to the SARC Team in our Exeter office. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the SARC office, including data input, minute taking, and writing, as well as answering office phone calls and managing queries from the public and professionals.

Main Responsibilities

The post holder will be responsible for fulfilling all administration tasks, working as part of a team to meet the needs of the service. This will include financial and personnel administration, overseeing maintenance of building(s), and dealing with clients/visitors and multi-disciplinary teams.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a multi-disciplinary team of Doctors, Specialist Nurses, and Therapists in a centre of best practice. The successful candidate will provide support to the clinical team, who provide forensic examinations for all ages, who have been recently sexually assaulted or raped, to support police prosecutions, emotional, and health wellbeing.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have excellent administrative skills, including data input, minute taking, and writing. They will also have excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with a variety of stakeholders, including clients, visitors, and multi-disciplinary teams.
