Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Estates and Facilities Division, including maintaining a streamlined and effective helpdesk.
  • Support the admin team in providing a flexible, productive, and responsive administrative service to the division.
  • Log maintenance tickets, take phone call queries, and communicate regularly with estates and facilities department managers.
