Administrative Support Assistant

At Alexander House Care Home, we are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our residents, team members, and community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Home Manager and other members of the team.
  • Manage our enquiry database, ensuring all information is accurately recorded and readily accessible.
  • Oversee and maintain our administrative systems, including residents' agreements, team member contracts, E-Learning modules, and payroll.
  • Represent our care home with pride, giving tours to visitors and building strong relationships with the local community.

Requirements:

  • Administrative expertise with experience in managing databases and various office systems.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with residents, team members, and community members.
  • Strong organizational abilities to keep multiple systems and tasks running smoothly and efficiently.
