Job Summary:

This role is responsible for providing efficient and comprehensive support to the ES&R HR Advisors and Managers, including high-quality administrative and secretarial support.

The successful candidate will manage the diaries of the ES&R Advisors/Managers and assist with the management and organization of their workload.

Additionally, this role will involve assisting with the provision of an effective operational personnel service to Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust, Eastern Services.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled HR Administrator to join our dynamic People Function team at Royal Devon and Exeter NHS Foundation Trust.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational, administration, and IT skills, including the ability to take minutes, compile bundles, and manage the team's busy diary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and secretarial support to the ES&R HR Advisors and Managers
  • Manage the diaries of the ES&R Advisors/Managers
  • Assist with the management and organization of workload
  • Support the provision of an effective operational personnel service to Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust, Eastern Services

Requirements:

  • Highly skilled HR Administrator with excellent organizational, administration, and IT skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Working Pattern:

This is a permanent role working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
