Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Support Administrator to join our Employee Support and Resolution team. The successful candidate will provide efficient and comprehensive support to our HR Advisors and Managers, ensuring the smooth operation of our services.

The ideal candidate will have excellent administrative and secretarial skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. They will also have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

The role will involve diary management, minute-taking, and compiling bundles for hearings. The successful candidate will work closely with the HR Administrator for Northern Services and other members of the ES&R team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and secretarial support to HR Advisors and Managers
  • Manage diaries and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient service delivery

  • Work closely with the HR Administrator for Northern Services and other members of the ES&R team
