About the Role
The Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced administrator to join our team in the Exeter Sexual Assault Referral Centre (SARC). As a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will provide business support to the SARC Team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the SARC Team, including data input, minute taking, and writing.
- Manage the office phone and respond to queries from the public and professionals about the SARC service.
- Assist with financial and personnel administration, including overseeing maintenance of building(s) and dealing with clients/visitors and multi-disciplinary teams.
- Supervise and allocate work to staff in lower bands as required.
Requirements
- Experience in administration, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team and maintain confidentiality.
- Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office and data entry.
