In this challenging yet rewarding role, you'll have the opportunity to lead a team of Care Assistants to provide daily care and support to our residents with varied needs. Your main responsibilities will include supervising and guiding your team to deliver person-centred care and support plans, while working collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a high standard of care.

You'll also be responsible for collaborating with colleagues to ensure that care standards are met, and for being the recipient of residents' care and support plans. To succeed in this role, you'll need previous experience in a care setting, the ability to supervise and inspire a team, and a commitment to delivering high-quality care and support.

We offer a competitive salary of £34,000 - £37,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including professional development opportunities and a comprehensive induction programme.
