About the Role

You will be responsible for supervising and inspiring a team of dedicated Care Assistants at a Barchester care home, enabling us to deliver quality, person-centred care and support. Your role will involve supporting the clinical team in various areas such as medication, assessments, care plans or care reviews.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and inspire a team of dedicated Care Assistants.
  • Support the clinical team in specific areas.
  • Respect the dignity and preferences of our residents.

About You

To join us as a Senior Care Assistant, you should have an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care. We're looking for people who are warm-hearted, compassionate, and committed to giving each resident individualised care and support. With ongoing training opportunities, there's no limit to how far you can go with us. Many of our Senior Carer Assistants progress into Care Practitioner, Regional Carer or nursing roles.

Estimated Salary: £24,000 - £30,000 per annum.
