Job Description:

At Completely Care, we are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Support Associate to join our team. As a Healthcare Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our clients in the Oxfordshire area. Your primary goal will be to ensure the well-being and safety of our clients, while also promoting their independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide person-centered care and support to clients in a variety of settings, including day centers, supported living services, and respite services.
  • Assist clients with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management.
  • Support clients in maintaining their physical and mental health, including accompanying them to medical appointments and providing emotional support.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, their families, and other stakeholders.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:
  • Experience in the healthcare sector, preferably in a support worker role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A caring and compassionate approach to client care.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.
  • A valid DBS check and any other required certifications.
