As a key member of our central administration team, you will provide a professional, efficient, and proactive administrative service to support our global business needs. Your responsibilities will include:
Admin Support
- Providing administrative support to project teams, including setting up meetings, creating project folders, and supporting client meetings
Financial Management
- Reconciliations, tracking, monitoring, and recording project finances
Pre-Project Support
- Supporting pre-project costings at the pre-bid stage
Communication and Liaison
- Monitoring of HRW's external mailbox
Continuous Improvement
- Ensuring delivery of a wider variety of central administration tasks and processes through to completion
We are looking for an exceptional individual who is passionate about learning and developing, with a strong emphasis on continuous improvement. You will be fully supported as your experience grows, and progression through professional qualifications can be offered through a Business and Administration apprenticeship program.
On joining, you will have a structured induction program and training plan, which you will review with your line manager on a regular basis. Your six months to success onboarding program will be tailored to your needs, with progression available at your pace.
