Job Title: Route Coordinator

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused individual to provide essential transportation services in the Oxford area. As a Shuttle Bus Driver, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our shuttle service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Transport staff on a hop-on/hop-off basis
  • Average 36-40 hours per week
  • Temporary to permanent contract
  • Flexible shift work, including early starts, late finishes, and weekends

Rates of Pay:

Umbrella: £18.23/hour (Mon-Sat), £19.19/hour (Sun), £20.18/hour (Bank Holidays)

PAYE: £13.87/hour (Mon-Sat), £14.60/hour (Sun), £15.35/hour (Bank Holidays)


Requirements:
  • Full PCV licence and valid CPC qualification
  • At least 6 months' UK bus driving experience
  • Strong communication skills and customer-first attitude
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends
  • No more than 6 penalty points (with no DR, CD, or TT99 codes)
