We're looking for an experienced and inspirational leader to join our team as a Care Team Lead. In this challenging yet rewarding role, you'll be responsible for supervising and guiding a team of Care Assistants to deliver daily care and support to our residents with varied needs.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Leading a team of Care Assistants to provide daily care and support to residents.
  • Supporting the delivery of person-centred care and support plans.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a high standard of care is maintained.

You'll also be responsible for collaborating with colleagues to ensure that care standards are met, and for being the recipient of residents' care and support plans. To succeed in this role, you'll need previous experience in a care setting, the ability to supervise and inspire a team, and a commitment to delivering high-quality care and support.

In return, you can expect a competitive salary of £32,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including professional development opportunities and a comprehensive induction programme.
