Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Care Home Lead to join our team at Crooton Ltd. As a Care Home Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our care home, including the management of housekeeping staff and the maintenance of high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Key Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading and motivating a team of housekeeping staff to deliver exceptional cleaning and hygiene services;
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the care home;
- Coordinating the deployment of housekeeping staff to meet the needs of residents and the care home;
- Monitoring and reporting on the performance of housekeeping staff;
- Contributing to the development of policies and procedures related to housekeeping and hygiene.
Requirements
To succeed as a Care Home Lead, you will need:
- Experience of leading or managing a team in a similar environment;
- A proven track record of maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- A caring and compassionate approach to working with vulnerable individuals.
