Job Summary

A competitive salary of £28,000 per annum is on offer for this challenging role as a Facilities Manager at Crooton Ltd.

Location

This full-time position is based in Wallingford, OX10 9EG, with hours of 40 per week and a permanent contract.

About the Role

As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the care home environment remains clean and well-maintained. This includes tasks such as fixing leaks, maintaining the gardens, and supporting the General Manager with annual budget planning.

You should have hands-on experience in property maintenance, a trade skill, and be able to undertake a wide range of maintenance tasks. A full UK driving licence, IT literacy, and GCSEs in Maths and English are also essential qualifications.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Carrying out routine maintenance tasks to ensure the care home environment remains clean and well-maintained.
  2. Liaising with contractors for jobs outside the expertise of your team.
  3. Supporting the General Manager with annual budget planning.
  4. Maintaining accurate records of work completed and materials used.
