Job Description:

Barchester Healthcare seeks a skilled Care Home Administrator Lead to support the General Manager in ensuring the efficient operation of our care homes. This varied role will involve managing customer experience elements, HR, recruitment, payroll, finance, and supervising junior administration team members.

The ideal candidate will be a self-sufficient and professional individual with strong IT skills, excellent organisation, and the ability to give direction to others. They will promote a warm and welcoming environment for residents, staff, and visitors, manage enquiries and showrounds, drive occupancy and reputation, and support resident and family feedback with a focus on customer care.

This role offers a competitive salary of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as a Rewarding Excellence bonus, refer a friend scheme, retail discounts, medical specialists, counselling services, tax code review, and a staff lottery.
