Care Team Leader

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Care Assistant to join our care team at Barchester Healthcare. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our residents, working closely with the clinical team to deliver person-centred care.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills, supervising a team of Care Assistants and supporting the Deputy General Manager in the day-to-day running of the care home. You will also be involved in supporting the clinical team in areas such as medication management, care planning, and resident assessments.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of clinical care for the elderly and hold a relevant qualification, such as an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care. We are looking for someone who is compassionate, warm-hearted, and committed to delivering individualised care and support to our residents.
Estimated Salary: £22,000 - £25,000 per annum
