Salary and Benefits: This role offers a competitive salary of £12.02-£12.82 per hour, depending on experience. Job Description: As a Senior Palliative Care Healthcare Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to individuals in South Oxfordshire. You will work closely with our team to deliver an indispensable Hospice at Home service. Your duties will include assessing patient needs, developing personalized care plans, and delivering compassionate care. A full UK driving license (manual & automatic) with insurance cover that allows business use is essential for this role.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, a caring attitude, and the ability to work independently. You should also have a full UK driving license and previous experience in palliative care.
