Job OverviewWe are seeking a caring and compassionate Health Care Assistant to join our team at The Old Vicarage. As a Day Care Assistant, you will provide companionship and support to our residents, helping them to live well in later life.
Responsibilities- Assist with personal care, meal preparation, and mobility
- Keep accurate records of resident's care plans
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A passion for delivering high-quality care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work flexibly, including weekends and bank holidays
