We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Waterside Court care home. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring they receive the best possible experience.
Your Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
- Follow care plans and ensure residents receive the best possible care
- Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a genuine passion for caring for older people, excellent communication skills, and a can-do approach. You will be empathetic and warm-hearted, with a strong desire to deliver the highest standard of care and support to our residents.
