About the Role
You will be working as a Senior Healthcare Assistant in our Palliative Care team, providing high-quality care to patients in their own homes. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in palliative care and make a real difference in the lives of our patients.
As a Senior Healthcare Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering person-centred care, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills in areas such as symptom management, pain control, and end-of-life care.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality care, has excellent communication skills, and is able to work independently as part of a team. If you are a motivated and compassionate individual who is looking for a challenging and rewarding role, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality person-centred care to patients in their own homes
* Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients
