We are seeking a motivated Nursing Team Coordinator to join our team at Wallingford Community Hospital.

Key Responsibilities

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified RN with a passion for leading and coordinating nursing activities. As a Nursing Team Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our nursing team, including coordination of shifts, staffing, and resource allocation.

You will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes that enhance patient care and safety. Your excellent communication and problem-solving skills will enable you to resolve conflicts and address concerns in a fair and timely manner.

A key aspect of this role is your ability to prioritize tasks and manage your time effectively, ensuring seamless delivery of care. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and reports, including incident reports and quality improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong therapeutic presence, empathy, and compassion. You will be able to communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.

The salary for this position is approximately £28,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including annual leave, pension scheme, and access to professional development opportunities.
