We are seeking a highly motivated Deputy Manager to join our team at Papist Way in Wallingford. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our service, while promoting dignity, choice, and independence for our residents.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Safeguarding procedures and be able to demonstrate a commitment to continual personal development. With a Level 3 Diploma in Lead Adult Care Worker and experience managing or supervising a small team in a support environment, you will be well-equipped to lead and motivate our team members to deliver high-quality care.

In this rewarding role, you will oversee and coordinate daily operations, ensure all needs are met for residents according to their support plans, and identify opportunities for improvement in service delivery. You will also act as a point of escalation for complex needs, provide support and guidance to support workers, and lead, supervise, and support a team of support workers.

The salary for this position is estimated to be between £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, you will receive a range of benefits, including 25 days annual leave, Blue Light card, Employee Assistant Programme, Cycle to Work Scheme, and Professional qualification sponsorship and study leave.
