As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the dignity and well-being of our residents are respected at all times. You will work closely with the clinical team to deliver person-centred care and support, and will be expected to supervise and inspire a team of Care Assistants.

The ideal candidate will have an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care, as well as specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly. We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional care and support, and has a strong commitment to resident-centered care.
