We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced School Support Worker - First Aid to join our team at Completely Care. This role is ideal for someone passionate about providing excellent care and support to young people.

About the Role

This is a challenging yet rewarding position that requires a high level of dedication and commitment. As a School Support Worker - First Aid, you will be responsible for providing medical care to students and staff, coordinating first aid packs for school trips, and maintaining accurate medical records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide medical care to students and staff, including on-site treatment of minor ailments and injuries.
  • Coordinate first aid packs for school trips, ensuring all necessary equipment is included.
  • Maintain accurate medical records, updating them as necessary.
Requirements
  • A minimum of Enhanced DBS Certificate.
  • Experience working with young people, preferably in a people-related environment.
  • Suitability for working with young people, demonstrating your ability to establish and maintain appropriate relationships.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £28,000-£35,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, Completely Care offers refresher training, an Enhanced DBS check, a refer a friend bonus scheme, holiday pay, and pension plans.
