Support Worker for the Elderly

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Bank Care Assistant. Duties and Responsibilities
Your responsibilities may include:
- Supporting residents with their daily needs, including personal care and medication management.
- Developing and maintaining effective relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
- Participating in ongoing training and education to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have some experience working with older adults, excellent communication skills, and a patient and understanding demeanor. We'll provide you with the necessary training and support to ensure your success in this position.
Estimated Salary
The estimated salary for this role is £9-£12 per hour.
