About the Role

As a Senior Care Assistant at Crooton, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our residents. This role involves supervising a team of dedicated Care Assistants and working closely with the clinical team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.

The ideal candidate will have an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care and specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly. We are looking for warm-hearted, compassionate, and committed individuals who can deliver individualised care and support to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and inspire a team of Care Assistants
  • Work closely with the clinical team to develop care plans and reviews
  • Support the medication process and participate in assessments and care reviews
Requirements
  • NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care
  • Specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly
  • Warm-hearted, compassionate, and committed individual
