Support Worker Carer Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Support Worker Carer Specialist to provide high-quality care and support services for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing and dressing.
- Accompany clients to medical appointments and engage in social activities to promote their well-being.
- Develop and implement personalized care plans to meet the unique needs of each client.
Requirements:
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with vulnerable adults or individuals with disabilities.
Salary Range: £22,000 - £25,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
