Job Title: Support Worker Carer Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Support Worker Carer Specialist to provide high-quality care and support services for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing and dressing.
  • Accompany clients to medical appointments and engage in social activities to promote their well-being.
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans to meet the unique needs of each client.

Requirements:

  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working with vulnerable adults or individuals with disabilities.

Salary Range: £22,000 - £25,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
