Senior Care and Support Specialist

Role Details
This role is for a Senior Care Assistant at one of our care homes. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and inspiring a team of dedicated Care Assistants, supporting the clinical team and ensuring the delivery of quality care and support to our residents. The salary for this role is £24,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment where no two days are the same. You will be required to work flexibly and take ownership of your workload, prioritising tasks and managing your time effectively to meet deadlines. We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional care and support, has excellent communication skills and is able to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
* An NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care
* Specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
* Flexibility and ability to work autonomously
