Job Overview

Barchester Healthcare is a leading provider of care services, with a focus on delivering high-quality, person-centred care to our residents. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a key role in achieving this goal, working closely with our care teams to ensure that our residents receive the best possible care and support.

In this role, you will be responsible for supervising a team of Care Assistants, supporting the clinical team, and contributing to the development of care plans and resident assessments. You will also be expected to maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring that our care home meets regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of clinical care for the elderly, holding a relevant qualification, such as an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care. We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional care and support to our residents.

Estimated Salary: £23,000 - £26,000 per annum
