Job Summary:

  • Assist the Ward Manager in managing the ward and ensuring smooth operations
  • Support the Ward Manager in supervising staff and implementing service changes
  • Provide guidance to the team on best practices in patient care

Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with the Ward Manager to develop and implement policies and procedures
  • Contribute to the recruitment and induction of new staff members
  • Ensure that all necessary records are maintained accurately and efficiently

About the Role:

  • The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary package of approximately £40,000 per annum, plus benefits including subsidised meals and 25 days annual leave
