Senior Clinical Care Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated Senior Clinical Care Coordinator to join our team at Sanctuary Personnel. In this role, you will work closely with the Ward Manager to supervise staff, provide clinical leadership, and contribute to the delivery of exceptional patient care.
Job Summary:
- Assist the Ward Manager in managing the ward and ensuring smooth operations
- Support the Ward Manager in supervising staff and implementing service changes
- Provide guidance to the team on best practices in patient care
Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with the Ward Manager to develop and implement policies and procedures
- Contribute to the recruitment and induction of new staff members
- Ensure that all necessary records are maintained accurately and efficiently
About the Role:
- The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary package of approximately £40,000 per annum, plus benefits including subsidised meals and 25 days annual leave
