Senior Registered Nurse Position in Private Healthcare Sector

Circle Health Group, a leading provider of independent healthcare, is seeking an experienced Critical Care Sister/Charge Nurse to join our team at our hospital in Cheadle.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and managing the day-to-day operations of the 7-bedded Level 3/2 private critical care unit.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in an acute healthcare sector in a Senior Registered Nurse post or equivalent. They will also possess excellent recruitment and selection skills, as well as up-to-date knowledge in their area of practice.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and lead the nursing team to achieve high standards of patient care.
  • Maintain and enhance customer service and satisfaction of service users.
  • Drive clinical excellence in all aspects of patient care received by patients.

Benefits include a competitive salary of £42,000 per annum, 25 days' holiday per year (increasing to 30 days with service), and access to industry-leading training and development opportunities.
