Job Title: Critical Care Sister/Charge Nurse

Salary: Up to £42,500 per year (depending on level of experience, training and qualification)

Job Description
This is a full-time role at 37.5 hours a week across flexible shift patterns. The ideal candidate will have evidence of relevant professional development, both clinically and managerially, preferably evidenced by certification RN with valid NMC Registration.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Hospital Ward and its staff, providing clinical leadership in an effective and efficient management of ward resources.
- Drive clinical excellence in all aspects of care received by patients.

Requirements
- Experienced in acute nursing care.
- Registered Nurse Level 1 / Diploma / BSc in Nursing Studies.
- Awareness of NMC Code of Accountability.
