Senior Charge Nurse – Critical Care

We are seeking an experienced Lead Critical Care Nurse to join our team at The Alexandra Hospital in Cheadle. This is a challenging and rewarding role that offers the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of patients and their families.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for leading and supporting the nursing team to deliver high-quality patient care and maintain a safe and efficient environment. They must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement plans to improve patient care and outcomes

- Maintain accurate records and reports as required
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures
We offer a competitive salary of up to £42,000 per annum, depending on experience. Other benefits include:
